Oneil Barnaby was born in Brooklyn and raised in Maryland. He graduated from Archbishop Carroll high school in DC and received his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Mount Saint Mary’s University. Mr. Barnaby is a firm believer in black empowerment.
